  • Lease durations, renewal options, and termination details are clearly outlined in rent/lease contracts. These include notice periods and any applicable fees—so you can plan well in advance.

  • As per Philippine law, we collect a maximum of one month’s advance rent and up to two months’ security deposit. Remaining deposit funds (with accrued interest if applicable) are refunded after lease end—less any legitimate deductions.

  • Maintenance details are included in your lease. We respond promptly to repair requests and emergencies—prioritizing your comfort and safety.

  • We respect your privacy and will provide advance notice—typically at least 24 hours—before any non-emergency entry, such as for inspections or maintenance.
